Dr. David Vinson is the Superintendent of Schools for the Wylie Independent School District in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. He has more than 32 years of experience in public education throughout the state of Texas ranging from teacher, gifted talented coordinator, technology director and many other positions in School Administration.
