The wheels have come down and the flight attendants have asked passengers to fasten seat belts and prepare for landing. There are parents all over the district that may be having an emotional reaction to watching their babies move on as we prepare for graduation, first student going to kindergarten or any transition on the horizon.
Transitions are inevitable and sometimes a little scary. Preparing for the next transition is different for everyone. Some may have an easy time while others may need support. Support is critical before the transition occurs. Wylie ISD schools do their best to make that transition smooth and exciting. Below is a list of the campus visits we set up for entire classes to experience their new school as we prepare for next year.
Sometimes parents have the hardest time with transitions. Not you of course, other parents. =-)
